Tern

Decorative figurine made of turned wood and steel elements. The wood of the body is manually processed and oiled. The natural grain of the figure is emphasized by wax made of natural ingredients. The head of the Tern is painted black. The decorative figurine is reminiscent of a tern that perches on a breakwater off the Baltic coast – an element of Doki’s identity. Will you find them all?

Wasteworld Klim

The textile industry generates an unimaginable amount of pollution and waste that is becoming more visible and troublesome in today’s world. This problem inspired the Tartaruga studio. This is why the Wasteworld project was born – a collection of hand-woven rugs and home textiles made with over 90% of wool yarns left over from mass production of carpets. Due to the low weight of the individual reels, they cannot be used in industry. Nevertheless, they still have excellent mechanical properties and are an ideal raw material for hand weaving.

Bouli sofa

The irregular amorphous forms of the Bouli sofa were created to surprise the users of the space with a new, unconventional form of waiting. Julia Pawlikowska, Olga Mężyńska, Urszula Burgieł (born 1988) are students (now graduates) of the University of Arts in Poznań, they took part in the 10th edition of the Education and Design Program (PE-P). As a result of cooperation within the project of the university and the Noti company, two furniture collections were created and implemented – Bouli and Cubber.

Panton Chair

… “I want to create furniture that grows out of the floor, to become something organic that never has four legs.” – said Panton. This is the first chair ever to be manufactured entirely from plastic in one piece. The model in honor of its creator was named the Panton Chair. Since its introduction to the market, the chair has gone through several production stages and has been constantly improved. Only since 1999, it was possible to manufacture them in full accordance with its original concept – from durable, colored plastic.

PH5 lamp

Vitamin D is a proprietary brand created by Małgorzata Knobloch and Igor Wiktorowicz. Made up of the need to create durable, simple and beautiful things. Their products are created in cooperation with contractors from Pomerania, on a craft production scale.

The blue version of famous vase was created in 2017. Rosenthal launched new, colorful projects of iconic porcelain vase to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the designer’s birthday.

Breakfast cutlery

The German designer Basse Stittgen has created a collection of dishes made of eggs. The eggs he uses are donated by bakeries that no longer need them and would otherwise end up in the garbage can. The material is produced in the process of drying and grinding proteins, which are then mixed with crushed shells. The inspiration is the symbolism of eggs, which on the one hand symbolize life, and on the other cheap consumerism.

Cafe clock | Vase

Design date: 2019. Today, work often moves from offices to cafes, where you can carry out your tasks over a cup of coffee with a laptop. There is also the other side of the coin – such a thrifty customer can be troublesome for the owner of a catering point. So a device was created that will help to control the time spent on one cup of drink. A hidden clock with a minimalist vase discreetly reminds you to order another coffee every hour. Magnet wheel – a circular light object changes the light intensity under the influence of the movement of the wooden element. Sensory technology allows you to adjust the light intensity to the needs and mood of the user.

The Swawole armchair is a simple, modernist lounge chair. Sit down and be amazed by its comfort! It is made of metal combined with high-quality fabric. In the armchair, you can rest in the home jungle, take a nap, dream, read books, watch your favorite series, work on a laptop or sunbathe. The fabric used in the project is environmentally friendly. The armchair has been designed for easy storage and transport – it can be disassembled, and the fabric can be thrown into the washing machine and refreshed.

Dune chair

This original and comfortable chair is also an unusual sculptural object. To create it, the artist was inspired by sand dunes, gentle arches and the impression of movement caused by ever-flowing sand. Transferred to the field of applied art, they resulted in an extremely interesting and decorative object that will give a unique character to any space. The Dune chair is made of birch plywood, hand carved and finished with oil.

Saturn mug

The pottery from Höganäs is the quintessence of southern Swedishness – practical, minimalist and a bit clunky. Collaboration with Kristina Stark has resulted in functional ceramics inspired by Saturn’s rings. The mugs are made of thick ceramics and covered with semi-matt glaze. The rubber hoops are not only a contrasting decoration, but also a functional protection against heat and drops.

PIN is an ecological furniture system intended for people who often change their place of residence. Low weight, as well as intuitive assembly and disassembly make it easy to pack and transport in a passenger car. The furniture is made of environmentally friendly, cheap and easily available materials – pine wood and pig iron. The project qualified for the finals of the Młodzi na Start, Elle Decoration 2019 competition.

Sheep

The intention of the designer was to tame and create a bond between the user and the object, stimulating reflection on the role of people in the life of animals and their mutual relations. Glass colored in mass, laminated, blown and hand-formed by smelting methods.
