The textile industry generates an unimaginable amount of pollution and waste that is becoming more visible and troublesome in today’s world. This problem inspired the Tartaruga studio. This is why the Wasteworld project was born – a collection of hand-woven rugs and home textiles made with over 90% of wool yarns left over from mass production of carpets. Due to the low weight of the individual reels, they cannot be used in industry. Nevertheless, they still have excellent mechanical properties and are an ideal raw material for hand weaving.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The irregular amorphous forms of the Bouli sofa were created to surprise the users of the space with a new, unconventional form of waiting. Julia Pawlikowska, Olga M\u0119\u017cy\u0144ska, Urszula Burgie\u0142 (born 1988) are students (now graduates) of the University of Arts in Pozna\u0144, they took part in the 10th edition of the Education and Design Program (PE-P). As a result of cooperation within the project of the university and the Noti company, two furniture collections were created and implemented – Bouli and Cubber.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u2026 “I want to create furniture that grows out of the floor, to become something organic that never has four legs.” – said Panton. This is the first chair ever to be manufactured entirely from plastic in one piece. The model in honor of its creator was named the Panton Chair. Since its introduction to the market, the chair has gone through several production stages and has been constantly improved. Only since 1999, it was possible to manufacture them in full accordance with its original concept – from durable, colored plastic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
